They include 7 bedrooms, a loft and maids quarters that can accommodate between 15-20 guests comfortably.

The furnishings in the Jaco vacation rentals are elegant and tasteful and will allow you to rest, entertain and relax in comfort and style. A stereo system is wired so you can listen to music throughout the house and all the bedrooms include flat-screen TVs.

The main house has a luxurious master bedroom suite with a living area, office and en suite that includes a Jacuzzi tub. Four more master suites all with their own bathroom come complete with this house. This home can comfortably sleep 12 guests. The living space is sprawled over 5 levels and there is an observation/sun deck on the roof that includes a Jacuzzi tub that can fit 10 people. The views from the top deck are stunning and you can appreciate unsurpassed views of the ocean, mountain and valley. A spacious game room also includes a pool table and an air hockey table. In the spacious living areas and entertaining spaces are large flat-screen TVs and two half baths.

The pool area is perfect for entertaining as there is a covered rancho that has a swim-up bar and foosball table, a 32” flat-screen TV and a BBQ grill are also located around the private pool. A Jacuzzi tub is also a feature of the stunning pool.

The second house spans across 4 levels with a loft. It houses 2 master suites and one junior suite with a bath and kitchenette. Two master suites have a private bath and one has a Jacuzzi tub. The dining and living areas combine with a spacious entertainment room that has a pool table and half bath.
