Each of the 4 bedrooms of this villa for rent has air-conditioning, a private bathroom and a patio with ocean views. You will find three of these luxurious rooms upstairs, and one is located on the main level. Three of the rooms have king-size beds and the remaining bedroom has two twin beds that can be transformed into a king bed on request.

This private villa is divided into two levels. The second level has a spacious room that includes air-conditioning, satellite TV with DVD and VCR player, two futons, a shared bathroom and a private patio that overlooks the tropical jungle and Akumal.

The first floor of this private villa includes the spacious living and dining rooms. Both of these gorgeous rooms face the ocean and, through sliding glass doors, you can make your way out to the poolside patio. Just beyond the pool, you can find yourself on the sandy white beach of Jade Bay. This private villa for rent also includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen that includes all the appliances to ensure that cooking is trouble free. From this room, you have views of the private pool and ocean beyond.

The villa is made up of an open floor plan that includes numerous ceiling fans to ensure the fresh ocean breezes can flow freely throughout the entire rental.

The beachside outdoor area features a private pool on the water of the Caribbean Sea that caters to both young children and adults. There are chaise lounges and, from the private pool, you are just steps from the sandy beach and Caribbean waters of Jade Bay. You can relax on the beach in the villa’s hammocks, sunbathe under the tropical sun, or just relax in the shade of the beachside palapa. If you prefer outdoor dining and cooking, you can cook up a BBQ on the grill beside the front entrance of this private villa.
