There are 6 air-conditioned bedrooms and 4 and a half spacious bathrooms throughout this luxury holiday home. To reach the master suite, you make your way up a sky-lit staircase. There are garden vines and terra-cotta blocks that create a private environment. Furnished with a king-size bed, you will always be sleeping in comfort. From the center, you can walk out to the deck that overlooks the Pacific Ocean. Through sliding glass doors, you can access your whirlpool tub, adjacent to the bathroom. Designed with an open-styled space, the floor plan allows the tropical breeze to flow easily throughout. The living area of the luxurious Nicoya beach house is spacious and a great place to entertain or relax. It features a built-in couch, half bath, a fully equipped kitchen and a glass-top dining room table.

Upon entering this beach house, you will come across a stairway with a vaulted ceiling that ascends to the 3 bedrooms upstairs. Two of the rooms have whirlpool tubs, and all of them have ceiling fans and air-conditioning. They open up to a spacious balcony that has a 180-degree view of the ocean, beaches and sky.

Two more bedrooms are located downstairs and open right onto the ocean front terrace. They have a large shared bathroom that features a large walk-in shower.
