The 5,000 square feet of living space is fully air-conditioned and furnished with grand chandeliers, sculptures, artwork and furniture. Upon entering the private villa you will be welcomed by a 25-foot foyer that flows openly into the dining room, living room and kitchen. The living room opens directly onto the pool and is furnished with comfortable furniture and a low wooden table. Flowing from this room you will find the dining room that is furnished with a custom-made wooden table and can comfortably seat 8 guests. The fully equipped kitchen has unique countertops made from stained concrete. It is decorated with Talavera tiles and includes a cozy round table that can seat 4 guests. From here, you can also admire views of the pool and the Caribbean.

The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms, making it the perfect vacation home for families and friends. The main floor bedroom is furnished with a king bed and has a vaulted ceiling, allowing the fresh breezes to flow freely throughout. It also overlooks the gardens and has a private terrace where you can relax in total comfort.

The upper level of this private villa for rent is furnished with the remaining 3 luxury bedrooms. Upon entering the second floor, you will see an open space furnished with a rustic wooden desk. Here there are windows looking out onto the tropical landscaped gardens. There is also a floor-to-ceiling bookcase that overflows with movies, books, music and a variety of games. There is also Internet access available if you bring your own laptop.
