Situated in a gated community within Las Baulas Marine National Park, this tropical home is just 100 meters from the infamous Playa Grande. Playa Grande stretches the span of 5KM and includes some of the best surfing waves in the country.

There are ample seating/living spaces that are perfect for entertaining or various activities. Large group gatherings can occur in comfort and with ease because of the spacious open floor plan this Tamarindo vacation rental boasts. In the center of the house are two separate living areas that have a television with DVD player, a central stereo with CD player and iPod dock. The rooms flow into the fully equipped kitchen.

The kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The breakfast bar seats six people and in the dinette are there is seating for an additional 6 people.

Every bedroom includes its own private bathroom and all bathrooms have tiled showers and vanities. Three bedrooms are furnished with king-sized beds with luxury mattresses and the other bedroom is furnished with a Queen Size bed and a set of twin bunks, this is a perfect room for children. Air-conditioning and ceiling fans can also be found in each room.

The ocean observatory is considered the most popular space of this luxury vacation rental. It includes custom ironwork railings that line the stairs that lead to the second level covered patio. The surreal cabana is surrounded by teak and tile and is the perfect place to relax to the peaceful sounds of the waves rolling onto the beach. It comes furnished with a dining table and enough seating to accommodate 12 guests comfortably. A kitchenette can also be found up here that includes a fridge, small stove and oven so you can enjoy evening drinks with dinner on your private patio.
