Things to keep in mind
Weddings
There is a site fee that applies if having an event like a wedding. The amount of the site fee depends on the amount of people attending the event. If it is for just those staying at the house the fee is $500 for up to 16 people maximum. For each additional guest attending but not staying at the house it would be $30, maximum occupancy for an event is 45 people. The site fee can be reduced $250 for each additional home rented from a select group of homes. The site fee includes additional staff to assist with moving furniture and a maid for 4 hours during the event to help keep the bathrooms and general area picked up. The site fee does not cover the cost of any equipment rentals such as chairs or tables nor does it include coordination services. The site fee will be paid with the final rental payment 30 days prior to arrival. If additional guests sign on to attend the event after the final payment has been paid the additional fees will be paid upon arrival.

- Occupancy is based on 2 people per room until all bedrooms are rented

Payment policy
To reserve this home we will send you a rental agreement email. This will hold the reservation for 3 days for us to receive your reply email agreeing to the terms. Once we have the reply email we will give you another 7 days for us to receive the first 50% deposit. The remaining 50% payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
There is a damage protection fee of $120 due with the final payment.
For payments we can accept VISA/MasterCard or wire transfers.For any charges made to a VISA/MasterCard there will also be a 6% surcharge.
For any wire transfer that we receive there is a $40 flat fee. If paying by wire please email us and let us know the name on the account that the transfer originated from and when it was sent, it will take up to 48 hours for the wire to be reported to us. Chef is amazing!
Stunning Property!
The home was absolutely beautiful and truly even better than the pictures represent. The ocean views were breathtaking, and we enjoyed dining each night in the open patio space. We enjoyed watching the McCaws fly over several times each day and listening to the monkeys.
The bedrooms had air conditioning, very comfortable beds, and were all very nice.
The house host, David, was amazing to work with and was extremely responsive. He helped arrange each of our excursions and was always available for any questions we had during our stay.
We would love to return to this property in the future.
